Job Description

- Responsible for conducting testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to BIS/ISO standards.
- Oversee quality control processes for construction chemicals, paints, and related products.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, performance, or application.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Proficient in handling a variety of instruments for testing admixture, grouts, waterproofing agents, polymers, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in quality control and testing methodologies.




- Train and mentor junior QC chemists on testing procedures and quality assurance protocols.
- Demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot quality-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in Quality Control or related field is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the chemicals manufacturing industry.
