Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive IT System Intern to support our internal IT team with desktop troubleshooting, user administration, system setups, and asset tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- User Support: Provide technical support for hardware, OS (Windows/Mac/Linux), network, and software issues.
- System Provisioning: Assist in setting up and deploying laptops, software, and tools for recent joiners.
- Access Management: Help manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions in Google Workspace / M365.
- Asset Tracking:
Maintain accurate inventory records for IT hardware, peripherals, and access cards.
- Maintenance: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, office IT setup, and security updates.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (B. Sc IT, BCA, B.E.).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Good troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills.
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn enterprise IT systems.
