We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft job postings and publish them on various hiring platforms.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
0–6 months of experience or freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
