Role: Product Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

- The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be responsible for driving the market success of assigned Physical Security solutions by developing product positioning, messaging, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, product launches, sales enablement and demand generation initiatives.
- The role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Channel teams to maximize product adoption and market success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for assigned products and solutions.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the assigned product portfolio to achieve business objectives.
- Define compelling product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, product launch plans, and commercialization initiatives.
- Drive successful product and feature launches in alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Enable Sales teams, Consultants, and Channel Partners through product training, sales enablement programs, and marketing collateral.
- Create high-impact customer presentations, product brochures,



solution collateral, case studies, and other marketing content.
- Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and product enhancements.
- Support demand generation and lead generation initiatives in collaboration with Marketing to drive business growth.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate product adoption, customer engagement, and market expansion.
