Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Run and own the payroll for the organisation.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.




- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Human Resource Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
