Reporting to: Head of Content Marketing
Work days: Monday to Saturdays | Starting at 10am
Office location: Urmi estate, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013
Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and maintain the brand's distinct voice, visual identity, and grid aesthetics (e.g., high-energy/edgy like Thumbs Up vs. warm/inclusive like Coca-Cola).
2. Develop signature content pillars and original formats unique to the brand page to stand out from competitors.
3. Outline the brand's primary purpose and define actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual growth milestones.
4. Act as the primary content creator, using smartphone setups to capture high-quality, authentic reels, stories, and photos on the go.
5. Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and platform features to ensure timely and relevant posts.
6. Oversee the scheduling, posting, and aesthetic grid curation of all reels, stories, and static posts.
This role is demanding. It involves going out of your way to get things done.
The role may suit better to someone who has already created content in the past. You will single handedly lead content for multiple brands of the company. One brand is about Pet parenting, another about Nutrition, the other is about Travel. As you grow in your role, brands will be allocated to you. Friendly ownership driven work culture.
