About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain employee records and support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
2. Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and documentation processes.
3. Support payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, and handle employee queries professionally.
4. Organize and coordinate training & development initiatives and track participation.
5. Assist in performance management processes and HR communication/engagement activities.
6. Collaborate with senior leadership and department managers to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 6–12 months of experience in HR operations or related roles.

2. Strong understanding of HR fundamentals with good academic background.

3. Interest or exposure to training & development activities.

4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with qualified interaction ability.

5. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling HR data.

6. Familiarity with HRIS tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).

7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

8. Self-driven and proactive individual.

9. Mumbai-based candidates willing to work on-site preferred.
