Customer Support Executive (Customer Operations – Chat & Voice)? Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore? Employment Type: Full time? Experience: 2+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional support to both national and international customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer interactions across chat and voice channels while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions through chat and voice support.Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring an excellent customer experience.Support both domestic and international customers.Investigate and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards,
