The role involves leading end-to-end program rollout,managing government relationships, overseeing field teams, andensuring data-driven execution across districts. KeyResponsibilities: Lead statewide planning, rollout, and performancemanagement of ECCE initiatives Build and manage strongrelationships with state and district government stakeholdersRecruit, train, and supervise regional academic experts and fieldstaff Develop SOPs using field insights and data analytics Monitorprogram metrics (coverage, activation, engagement) and ensuretimely reporting Coordinate with internal teams (content, tech,research, media)
