The Head of Corporate Banking & Investment Banking Operations is responsible for leading end-to-end operations supporting Corporate Banking and Investment Banking businesses. The role drives operational excellence, risk and control, regulatory compliance, client service, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives while ensuring productive execution of complex banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations across Corporate Banking and Investment Banking products and services.
- Oversee transaction processing, loan operations, treasury support, trade lifecycle management, securities operations, and client onboarding.
- Drive operational strategy, process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure robust governance, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
- Build strong partnerships with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Monitor service delivery, productivity, SLAs, KPIs, and client experience to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs, operating model changes, and business integration initiatives.
- Manage regulatory inspections, internal/external audits, and timely remediation of audit findings.
- Develop business continuity,



resilience, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree; MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
- 18+ years of experience in Corporate Banking and/or Investment Banking Operations with a leading global bank or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, trade finance, cash management, securities, capital markets, syndicated loans, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience leading large global operations teams and transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, governance, controls, and banking regulations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
