Qualifications and requirements:Fluent Japanese, spoken and written.Professional phone-based customer service experience.Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills.Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable using ticketing systems like HubSpot.Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.Reliable, self-directed, and process-oriented mindset.
