Roll Dot Agency is an independent full-service creative and advertising agency based in London and Mumbai. We're building mainline and digital work for brands that operate across the Europe-India corridor, and for clients who need creative that travels between cultural contexts without losing its edge.
We're a small, craft-led team (Abby Gold 2026 winner) built by people with 20+ years across DDB, Ogilvy, Lintas, Grey, Amazon and more. We work with AI as core infrastructure, for both creative and internal tooling and efficiency. Our website www.roll.agency was built entirely by a copywriter using Claude Code. Oh, and we're fully remote.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Client Servicing Manager with 3-5 years experience managing a portfolio of client retainer accounts in creative mainline or digital advertising at established agencies. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, creative direction, and commercial operations, and requires someone who can operate independently across all three without close supervision. You will report to the Director of Client Servicing and work directly with the agency's founders to deliver stellar creative outcomes for our clients.
What you'll own
- Manage day-to-day and long-term relationships across a portfolio of client accounts, with direct accountability for account retention and account health
- Own commercial terms for assigned accounts, including scope definition, retainer versus project fee structures, and billing accuracy
- Write creative briefs from client requirements and raw inputs, translating business objectives into explicit creative direction for internal teams
- Evaluate creative output against brief and brand objectives,
and provide direct feedback to creative and production teams
- Plan and prioritise work across multiple concurrent accounts and deadlines, adjusting as client and business needs shift
- Identify and resolve scope creep, timeline risk, and client escalations before they affect account health or delivery quality
- Coordinate with production, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver work within committed timelines
- Report account status, risks, and commercial performance to agency leadership on a regular cadence
Basic qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a comparable client-facing role at a creative, digital, or full-service advertising agency
- Demonstrated experience owning multiple client accounts end-to-end, including client communication, creative delivery, and commercial tracking
- Experience writing or evaluating creative briefs
- Experience managing project scope, retainer or project-fee structures, and billing accuracy
- Based in Mumbai or Delhi, but we're open to other locations – talk to us
