Now we're taking things to the next level.This role is about helping us get there.You'll work directly alongside the founders to grow the company from what it is today—from building and scaling our partner ecosystem to shaping how the world discovers Lear. You'll have a front-row seat to what it actually takes to build an AI company.A major part of your role will be owning our partner program: identifying, onboarding and working with industry partners who can distribute Lear's AI to their industry. You'll help build relationships, coordinate founder meetings, improve partner onboarding, and figure out what actually drives growth.You'll also help tell Lear's story. You'll take the technology we're building for enterprises and our own AI products and turn it into and X content that people genuinely want to read and share. You'll engage with our community, write thoughtful outreach to prospective customers and partners, run campaigns, track what's working, and keep our website current.What We're looking ForHigh agency.
