The ideal candidate will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs, drive the Microsoft practice strategy, manage global delivery teams, and build innovative AI-powered business solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI.This strategic leadership role requires a strong blend of enterprise solution architecture, delivery excellence, practice management, business development, executive stakeholder management, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice LeadershipDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Practice.Build and scale Microsoft Business Applications capabilities across the organization.Drive innovation, capability development, reusable assets, and solution accelerators.Manage practice P&L;, resource planning, utilization, and delivery excellence.Establish governance frameworks, technical standards, and architecture best practices.Mentor and lead Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, and Delivery Managers.Solution ArchitectureLead enterprise architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot solutions.Design scalable, secure,
