Inventory & PackingManage Finished Goods (FG) stock levelsEnsure availability of packing materialsCoordinate dispatch readiness? In-Process QC CoordinationCoordinate with Lab for timely samplingEnsure zero-defect batch productionPrevent rework and rejection losses? Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate:✔ Strong shop-floor leadership in a labor-intensive workplace✔ Hands-on technical troubleshooting capability✔ Experience in managing high-volume chemical batch processing✔ Ability to maintain production logs and basic computer reporting✔ Prior experience in Paints, Powder Coating, or Chemical Processing (Highly Preferred)Candidates who have worked in similar G.I.D.C. industrial environments will be considered a strong cultural fit.
