This is a hunter role for someone who can independently generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into retained search mandates.



You will be the face of BGR in one of India's most key business corridors.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads independently and build a healthy pipeline of executive search mandates.Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing retained and exclusive assignments.Build and nurture relationships with founders, CXOs, and HR leaders across target industries.Conduct in-person client meetings in Mumbai and Pune on a need basis.Position BGR's full suite of solutions, including permanent, interim, and fractional search.Represent BGR's brand and values with credibility and discretion in the market.Who We're Looking For2–6 years of business development experience specifically within executive search or retained recruitment (this is non-negotiable).Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into closed business on your own.Strong network or the demonstrated ability to build one quickly among senior decision-makers.Based in or willing to operate primarily out of Mumbai or Pune.Self-driven, comfortable in a remote, autonomous, target-led environment.Note: Only candidates from the executive search industry with direct BD experience will be considered.COMPENSATIONFixed monthly salary plus quarterly performance-linked variable of up to 200% of fixed pay.Annual retention bonus equivalent to one month's salary.Uncapped earning potential for high performers.
