Job Title: Interior Designer Location : BangalorePosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Design Consultant who can lead design projects from concept to completion, & interaction with the clients while effectively managing on-site execution ability to handle business development related meetings and collaborations. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with hands-on site coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design & Planning:Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirementsPrepare detailed drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D designsSelect materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elementsEnsure designs comply with client expectations, budgets, and timelinesClient Coordination:Understand client needs and present design proposalsAbility to handle business development related meetings & collaborationsConduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and approvalsIncorporate feedback and provide design revisions accordinglySite Coordination & Execution:Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality of workCoordinate with contractors, vendors,



and suppliers for smooth executionEnsure work is carried out as per drawings and specificationsResolve in office issues and provide practical solutionsProject Management:Prepare project timelines and ensure timely completionTrack material procurement and deliveriesMaintain project documentation and reportsEnsure adherence to safety and quality standardsVendor Coordination & ProcurementCoordinate with vendors for quotations and material sourcingSupport in preparing buyout quotations and cost estimatesTrack material orders, deliveries, and site readinessAssist in managing product selections and showroom visitsDocumentation & HandoverMaintain project files including drawings, approvals, and quotationsSupport preparation of handover documents and reportsAssist in post-project follow-ups and after-sales service coordinationRequired Skills & CompetenciesDesign SkillsBasic understanding of space planning and interior design principlesKnowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture layoutsTechnical SkillsProficiency in:AutoCADSketchUp / photoshop, vray, 3D software (preferred)MS OfficeSoft SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesWillingness to learn and adaptTeam player with a proactive attitudeAbility to handle business development related meetings & collaborationsinterested candidates can share the CV & portfolio to :
