Job DescriptionJob Summary: NWe are seeking a skilled Civil 3D Specialist with strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for infrastructure projects including roads, highways, land development, utilities, drainage systems, airports, and commercial developments. NThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating intelligent 3D BIM models using Autodesk Civil 3D, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and client requirements. The role also involves multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance, documentation management, and supporting project delivery from design through construction. NKey Responsibilities: NCivil 3D Modeling & Infrastructure Design Nn Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Civil 3D for: N Roads and highways (alignments, profiles, corridors) N Land developmentnSite grading and earthworks N Stormwater and drainagesystems N Wet and dry utilities (water supply, sewer, stormwater, gas, electrical, telecom) N Airport and infrastructure projects N Interpret and convert 2D engineering drawings into intelligent 3D BIM models. N Perform surface modeling, corridor modeling, grading, drainage analysis, and earthwork calculations. N Produce: N Plan, Profile & Cross-Section Drawings N Shop Drawingsn Construction Documentation N Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) N Volume Calculations N As-Built Drawings and Models NnBIM Coordination &Quality; Assurance Nn Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless BIM integration. N Perform clash detectionand coordination using Navisworks. N Ensure compliance with: N BIM Execution Plans (BEP) N Project standardsn Client requirements N ISO 19650 standards (preferred)



N Perform regular model quality checks and maintain BIM data integrity. N Support Level of Development (LOD 200–500) requirements throughout the project lifecycle. N Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/modeling issues. NnDocumentation & Project Management Nn Read and interpret engineering drawings, grading plans, utility plans, drainage layouts, earthwork drawings, and project specifications. N Manage RFIs and issue tracking using Revizto, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). N Maintain project documentation and update models based on design revisions. N Track project changes and ensure all deliverables remain coordinated and up to date. N Produce and maintain As-Built documentation. NnCollaboration & Continuous Improvement Nn Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, BIM Coordinators, and multidisciplinary project teams. N Mentor junior modelers and support knowledge sharing within the team. N Automate workflows using Dynamo, Civil 3D tools, or Python (preferred). N Contribute to improvingBIM standards, modeling workflows, and project efficiency.
