NSkills requirednExperience in filing of patents and any other Forms related to patent life cycle in India, USPTO and PCT International.



NØ Patent Prosecution experience w.R.T filing of FER responses and fulfilling any other requirement for any office action in India NØ Illustration, Filing and Drafting of Patent Assignments. NØ Active interaction withIndian patent office for any patent related matters. NØ Patent grants, renewalsand maintenance in Indian, US. NExperience in an IPR law firm or in the IPR department of other organizations. Filing of applications, formality documents, responses, post-grant documents etc NEducation: Qualification: Graduation N4.Valuable academic record and analytical skills N5.Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and professional personnel within the firm; good relationship skills
