The role involves operational reporting, KPI tracking, cross-functional coordination, and supporting management with performance insights to ensure smooth plant operations. NRoles & Responsibilities Nn Monitor overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics. N Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operational performance. N Track key manufacturingKPIs such as Production Output, OEE, Rejection Rate, and Delivery Performance. N Identify operational gaps and escalate issues to relevant departments for quick resolution. N Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, SCM,



and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow. N Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and process guidelines. N Review and validate ERPdata (SAP / Oracle) for accuracy and reporting. N Support management withdata analysis, dashboards, and performance reports. N Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost. N Participate in management reviews, operational meetings, and performance discussions. N Lead and guide GOC teammembers for effective monitoring and coordination.
