NAbout the rolenThe position of Pre-Sales Executive - Solutions offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the early stages of thesales process by conducting feasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability, and potential success. The Pre-Sales Executive – Solutions will play a crucial role in managing the sales bid process, collaborating closely with the sales/operations team to align strategies, and offering support and expertise. NKey Responsibilities: NFeasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability, and potential success.



NManaging the sales bid process by responding to RFIs, RFQs & RFPs NDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders NCollaborating with sales,and marketing teams to align on strategy and approach NProviding support and expertise during the sales process NQuick turnaround time andadaptability to schedule adjustments NCreating and maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions, sales processes and MIS (preferably each week) NConducting thorough needsassessments to tailor solutions to client requirements NDelivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients NAssisting in the creationof sales collateral and proposal materials NAnalysing client feedbackto improve offerings and sales techniques NSkills Required: NInquisitivenAbility to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team as well NGood at time management NProficiency in Microsoft Office NGood analytical skills NExcellent oral and written communications skills
