NTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEn N Self-starter who is ready to take on recent challenges. N Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or business development. N Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. N Excellent networking and communication abilities. N Comfortable travelling extensively to identify and evaluate potential commercial properties. N Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. N Knowledge of commercialreal estate markets and property documentation is an added advantage. NnROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES Nn Identify and source commercial properties as per business requirements.



N Conduct property scouting, market research, and site visits. N Evaluate sites and coordinate with internal teams for feasibility. N Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with landlords. N Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property brokers. N Track property leads and ensure timely closure of property deals. N Stay updated on local real estate market trends and rental benchmarks.
