N Guide Senior Visualisers and Visualisers on execution and editing direction. N Ensure consistency in video style and narrative across campaigns and ongoing work. N Collaborate with content and design teams to align video with creative ideas. N Participate in brainstorming and concept discussions to strengthen video thinking.
