NExperience Required: Nn Minimum 5 years of experience in the Events & MICE industry NnKey Responsibilities: Nn Manage end-to-endplanning and execution of domestic and international corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive travel. N Handle complete event logistics, including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, registrations, and vendor management. N Oversee event production and ensure flawless on-site execution. N Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies,



and business partners to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets. N Prepare event plans, presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office. N Manage multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional stakeholder experience. NnRequired Skills: Nn Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Events & MICE. N Strong expertise in end-to-end event logistics and production. N Proven experience in managing domestic and international events. N Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills. N Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). N Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
