NPositionnTax Associate / Senior Tax Associate NLocation: Bengaluru, India (On-site) NRoles & Responsibilities NThe selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end tax compliances and advisory assignments, including: NIncome Taxnn Preparation and filing of Income-tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and trust. N Computation of advance tax and self-assessment tax liabilities. N Preparation and review of TDS workings. N Filing of quarterly TDS/TCS returns. N TRACES portal activities including justification reports, correction statements, and lower deduction certificates. N Responding to notices received from the Income-tax Department. N Tax computation and taxprovisioning support. NnTransaction Advisory Nn Assistance in buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, including review of tax records, tax positions, and compliance status of target entities. N Identification of key tax exposures, contingent liabilities, and deal issues, and preparation of due diligence reports and issue summaries. N Support in transaction structuring and advisory on tax-efficient structures for acquisitions, mergers, demergers, slump sales, and business transfers. N Advising on tax implications of proposed transactions, including capital gains, withholding tax, stamp duty, and GST considerations. N Review of transaction documents (share purchase agreements, term sheets) from a tax and regulatory perspective.



N Coordination with legalcounsel, investment bankers, and other advisors during deal execution. NnGSTnn Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). N GSTR-2B reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) analysis. N GST registration, amendment, cancellation, LUT filing, and refund assistance. N GST advisory on routinebusiness transactions. N Assistance in GST assessments, departmental notices, and reconciliations. NnRegulatory & Advisory Nn Preparation and filing of Statement of Financial Transactions (SFT). N Support in tax advisoryand opinion assignments. N Assistance in tax research, preparation of technical notes, and client presentations. N Preparation of tax compliance calendars. N Coordination with clients for information gathering and closure of compliance assignments. NnOther Responsibilities Nn Liaising with clients, tax authorities, and internal teams. N Maintaining compliance trackers and ensuring timely filings. N Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. N Assisting in special assignments relating to domestic and international taxation. NnDesired Candidate Profile NPreferred Qualifications Nn CA (with minimum 1-2 years of core tax experience) N CA Inter - (with minimum 4 years of core tax experience) N Articleship or work experience in a Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred.
