NNow, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us take Seed Media to even more brands across India. NApplications from candidates whose experience is primarily in SaaS, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, BPO, Recruitment, Manufacturing, Pharma, or other unrelated industries will not be considered. - Build relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers. N
- Generate recent business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry connections. N
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right marketing solutions. N
- Pitch our services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals. N




- Work closely with our strategy and client servicing teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. N
- Build a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets. NWhat we're looking for N
- 3–6 years of experiencein Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. N
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, media company, or advertising agency is preferred. N
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. N
- A self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships and closing business. N
