N Generate placement opportunities for students in IT and Non-IT companies. N Coordinate interviews, placement drives, profile sharing, and follow-ups.
N Support students throughout the placement process until successful onboarding. N Develop long-term corporate partnerships for recurring hiring requirements. N Track placement activities and maintain accurate reports. NRequirementsnn Experience in EdTech or Institutional Placements is mandatory. N Solid corporate network and recruiter connections. N Proven experience in placing students in IT or Non-IT organizations. N Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
