Job DescriptionRole Overview: NWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Marketers to join our team in Jaipur. NKey Responsibilities: NConduct field visits to ongoing and recent construction sites across different areas of Jaipur. NGenerate and qualify new leads by directly approaching contractors, site owners, builders, and individual home builders. NEffectively pitch BuildJahaan's construction materials and end-to-end construction services. NReport daily activities, leads, and sales updates to the team. NCoordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth order processing and delivery. NRequirements: NDecent communication and negotiation skills. NPrior experience in fieldsales, real estate, construction materials, or B2B sales is preferred. NBasic knowledge of construction materials and the local Jaipur market is a plus. NSalary Range- 15k to 25k NMust have a bike/scooter. NWork Schedule: N6 days a week (Sunday off). NDaily reporting to the office (after field visits). NLocation: Jaipur NExperience: 0–2 years
