Job DescriptionDraftsman NExperience: 2–3 Years Preferred | Maximum 5 YearsKey Responsibilities Nn Prepare accurate architectural, structural and MEP drawings in AutoCAD. N Develop GFC, working, shop and detailed construction drawings. N Revise drawings based on consultant, architect and site feedback. N Coordinate drawings across disciplines and identify clashes or inconsistencies before issue. N Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, revision records and drawing registers. N Verify dimensions, levels, layouts and technical details before submission. N Support project teams with drawing-related clarifications during site execution. N Maintain proper versioncontrol, documentation and timely issuance of drawings.



NMandatory Requirementsn N 2–3 years of relevant drafting experience in construction / real estate projects. N AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory. N Solid understanding ofconstruction drawings, detailing and coordination. N Ability to independently read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings. N High attention to accuracy, detailing and deadlines. NPreferrednn Working knowledge of Revit / BIM. N Experience coordinatingwith consultants, engineers and site teams. NnThis makes the eligibility tighter and should help reduce irrelevant applications.
