- Run commerce discovery workshops covering customer journey catalog pricing promotion order and fulfillment processes
- Design and implement B2BB2C Commerce Cloud storefront capabilities catalog checkout and account experiences
- Integrate Commerce Cloud with CRM ERP OMS payment tax inventory and fulfillment systems
- Optimize performance conversion cart experience personalization and searchdiscovery journeys
- Support testing release management production readiness and postgolive enhancements
- Identify AIAgentforce commerce use cases such as assisted buying servicetocommerce and recommendations
- Build reusable commerce accelerators and implementation playbooks
