Role Description
Role Summary
We are looking for Responsible endtoend Golden Gate administration replication monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning across multisystem data pipelines
Key Responsibilities
Manage Golden Gate replication processes Extract Pump Replicat across environments
Monitor replication lag trail files disk usage and pipeline health
Handle Golden Gate incidents including ABEND trail corruption and checkpoint issues
Perform restart recovery and failover procedures
Conduct pipeline validation and data reconciliation across hops
Manage DDL replication and onboarding of new tables
Perform Golden Gate performance tuning parallelism batching checkpoint tuning
Support change and release management for replication pipelines
Coordinate with DB network and application teams for issue resolution




Maintain runbooks for recurring failure scenarios
Required Skills
Solid expertise in Oracle Golden Gate Classic Microservices
Handson experience in
Extract Pump Replicat configuration
Lag management and troubleshooting
ABEND analysis and recovery
Experience in multihop replication architectures
Knowledge of Oracle DB internals required for coordination
Understanding of heterogeneous replication environments
Preferred Skillset
Experience in
Oracle AlloyDB replication
Downstream integrations Snowflake
Exposure to large environments 150 jobs pipelines
Shell scripting automation
Monitoring tools and custom ing
