Job Description:
Policy Bazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales
- At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agents
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operations
- Valuable understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance management
- Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Graduation is mandatory
