We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Linked In outreach, email prospecting, and cold calling within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through Linked In, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and lead generation tools.
- Create and manage cold email sequences with follow-ups.
- Conduct outbound voice calls to introduce company services and qualify prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and pipeline updates.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales or IT Business Development.
- Proven experience with Linked In outreach and lead generation.
- Strong cold emailing and follow-up skills.
- Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Zoom Info, Hunter.io, or similar lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
