Job Description

- Lead end-to-end finance controllership, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and governance.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive statutory, internal, and tax audits while strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Partner with the CFO and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial performance tracking.
- Deliver business insights through variance analysis, financial modeling, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities across finance operations.




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Qualified CA (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience across financial reporting, accounting, controllership, compliance, and audit management.
- Prior exposure to consulting environments and/or service-based businesses is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, taxation, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated professional with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
