Growth Associate AI First Marketing

Thrillophilia is looking for an AI-first Growth Associate who can work across the customer journey, from attracting travellers and improving conversion to increasing repeat bookings and referrals.

This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who enjoys solving different growth problems, running fast experiments and turning data into action.

You will work across digital marketing, customer journeys, conversion, retention, content and growth automation.

What You Will Work On

- Analyse the complete customer journey and identify growth leakages
- Launch and evaluate experiments across acquisition, conversion and retention
- Improve landing pages, lead forms, Whats App journeys and marketing funnels
- Build lifecycle campaigns across email, Whats App, push notifications and remarketing
- Research customer behaviour, competitors, search trends and emerging channels
- Work with performance, content, product, sales and technology teams
- Create dashboards and track funnel performance, CAC, conversion and retention
- Use AI and no-code tools to automate research, reporting and campaign execution
- Test new growth channels, referral programmes, partnerships and content-led ideas
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth playbooks

What We Are Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, business analytics or an early-stage startup role
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers
- Understanding of performance marketing, funnels, CRO and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on ability with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is preferred
- Practical use of AI for research, analysis, content, automation and experimentation
- Ability to execute independently instead of only creating plans
- Strong written communication, curiosity and speed
- Comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-moving setting
