Role Overview

As a Spatial Filmmaker, you will lead the creative process of documenting architecture - from planning and filming to editing and final delivery. You will be responsible for crafting cinematic narratives that communicate not just how a space looks, but how it feels.

This role combines pre-production, filmmaking, storytelling, cinematography, and post-production, requiring both technical expertise and a strong creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute cinematic shoots for architecture, interior, and hospitality projects.
- Develop visual narratives that capture the relationship between space, light, materials, and people.




- Handle projects from pre-production through filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Edit documentaries, architectural films, social media content, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, clients, and the creative team to develop compelling visual stories.
- Maintain high standards of cinematography, sound design, pacing, and color consistency.
- Manage production equipment and ensure efficient on-site workflows.
- Stay updated with filmmaking trends, camera technology, and storytelling techniques.

Requirements

- Strong visual storytelling and cinematic composition skills.
- Experience with professional cinema cameras, gimbals, drones, and production workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of editing, pacing, sound design, and color grading.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for architecture, interiors, design, and visual culture.
- Willingness to travel for shoots across project locations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related creative field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in filmmaking, cinematography, or video production.
- A robust portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling and editing skills is mandatory.
