Role Overview

Tru Bot AI is looking for a seasoned Senior Vice President – Technology (Full Stack, Hands-On) to lead the design, development, scaling, and execution of AI-driven SaaS products.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in:

- Full Stack Development
- Scalable SaaS Architecture
- AI Integrations
- Cloud Infrastructure

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, startup execution capability, leadership skills, and product thinking to build high-performance AI-first platforms in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from 0 → 1 and scaling engineering systems, teams, and products.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

- Define and drive the overall technology vision, engineering roadmap, and platform architecture
- Lead and mentor engineering teams with strong technical guidance and execution standards
- Establish engineering best practices, development workflows, code quality standards, and scalable architecture principles
- Collaborate with founders and leadership on product strategy, scalability, and innovation

Full Stack Development

- Architect, build,



and scale up-to-date SaaS applications using:
- Next.js
- React.js
- Node.js / NestJS
- MongoDB
- Develop scalable frontend and backend systems with clean, modular, and reusable code
- Ensure application reliability, maintainability, and performance optimization

API Development & Integrations

- Design and manage REST APIs and microservices
- Integrate third-party platforms and APIs including:
- AI/LLM services
- CRM systems
- Social media APIs
- Payment gateways
- Automation systems
- Build scalable integration layers for enterprise workflows

AI & Cloud Engineering

- Implement and optimize Azure OpenAI and other AI model integrations
- Work with:
- Azure App Services
- Cloud Infrastructure
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Git Hub Actions
- Build scalable AI-native architecture for automation and intelligent workflows
- Collaborate on prompt optimization, AI orchestration, and agent workflows

Performance, Security & Optimization

- Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and availability across applications
- Optimize SSR and SEO performance in Next.js applications
- Improve infrastructure efficiency, monitoring, and deployment automation
- Implement secure coding and scalable cloud architecture practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with:
- Product Teams
- Design Teams
- Founders
- Business Stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive execution velocity while maintaining engineering quality

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of software engineering experience




- 5+ years in engineering leadership or technology management roles
- Strong expertise in:
- Java Script
- Type Script
- Next.js
- React.js
- Node.js / NestJS
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and integrations
- Experience with:
- Azure App Services
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git Hub Actions
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems
- Strong understanding of scalable SaaS architecture
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable production-grade code

Good to Have

- Experience with:
- Meta APIs
- APIs
- Instagram APIs
- X (Twitter) APIs
- Familiarity with:
- Stripe Billing
- Subscription Systems
- Payment Integrations
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of:

- Prior startup or product-company experience
- Exposure to AI agents, automation systems, and workflow orchestration
