Role Description The Interior Fit-Out Designer will be responsible for translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically aligned design concepts for commercial interiors. Day-to-day tasks include developing space plans, preparing detailed construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
The role involves meeting with clients and stakeholders, conducting site inspections,



revising designs based on feedback, and aligning solutions with brand, budget, and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, requiring close coordination with fit-out teams and suppliers to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications

- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Proficiency in Architecture-related design principles and experience integrating them into commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong competency in producing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination to align with project design, budget, and quality standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar tools).
- Understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in office with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in commercial interior fit-out projects in corporate, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage.
