About the Role
We are a growing office furniture manufacturer/exporter looking for a motivated executive to build our international client base. The role focuses on identifying potential buyers abroad through online research, reaching out via email campaigns, and nurturing those leads into business relationships. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable with online tools, and eager to grow in international sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential overseas clients.
- Build and maintain a clean, organized database of prospects with accurate contact details.
- Write and send targeted email outreach and marketing campaigns to generate enquiries and responses.
- Follow up consistently with leads over email to move them toward a quote or order.
- Manage email marketing tools and track open rates, replies, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to share qualified leads and support quotations.
- Maintain records of communication and report weekly on outreach numbers and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, international trade, or related field preferred).
- Positive written English able to draft clear, skilled emails.
- Comfortable with online research and finding information independently.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar) training can be provided.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining data.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
Preferred (Bonus)
- Prior experience in export sales, B2B lead generation, or email marketing.
- Understanding of the export process (enquiries, quotations, basic documentation).
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools.
