- Prepare weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Plan casting sequences based on project priorities and dispatch requirements.
- Monitor mould utilization and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Design teams for smooth execution.
- Track daily production targets versus actual achievements.
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks.
- Generate MIS reports and productivity reports.
Stockyard & Dispatch Planning
- Plan storage and movement of precast elements within the stockyard.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with site erection requirements.
- Monitor inventory of finished precast products.
- Optimize loading and transportation schedules.
Erection Planning Coordination
- Coordinate with site teams for erection sequencing.
- Monitor erection progress against planned schedules.
- Support resource planning for erection crews, cranes, and equipment.
- Track production-to-erection cycle time.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Analyze production efficiency and resource utilization.
- Maintain dashboards for management review.
- Forecast upcoming production and manpower requirements.
