We are looking for a Quality Inspector who will be responsible for ensuring product quality of AC compressors by conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role involves identifying defects, supporting corrective actions, and maintaining quality documentation.

Job Description:

- Knowledge of Line process and working methods.
- Hands on knowledge of Roundness machine, Roughness machine, CMM machine, Microscope. (Must have knowledge of all these machines)
- Knowledge of Quality system, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, MSA
- Knowledge of Line rejection analysis, overall targets, corrective and preventive actions for rejection, quality plan, Quality circle monitoring




- Knowledge of Customer return complain analysis & timely feedback
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 documentations & ensure compliance
- Knowledge of Preparing the Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for better communication with the Management
- Good command of MS Office
- Positive communication skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience
- Educational Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
