Required Experience

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Solar and EPC industry
- Practical exposure in procurement and vendor coordination activities

Required Skills & Expertise

The candidate should possess:

- Basic technical and commercial understanding related to solar/EPC procurement
- Working knowledge of ERP systems for procurement processes
- Positive command over MS Excel and reporting formats
- Understanding of Procurement SOPs, documentation processes, and approval workflows
- Knowledge of purchase terms & conditions, commercial negotiations, and vendor handling
- Experience in preparing and processing:
- RFQs
- Comparative statements
- Purchase Orders
- Vendor follow-ups and coordination





- Good communication skills for professional email and telephonic coordination
