Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for driving product specifications with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers to ensure DPI Daylighting products are specified in major projects across the Gujarat region. This role is critical in influencing design intent at the early stages of projects and maintaining and converting the sales pipeline through strong technical and relationship-driven engagement.

- Develop and manage specifications for DPI Daylighting products with architects,



consultants, faade designers, and PMCs
- Build strong relationships with architectural and consultant firms in the Gujarat region
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and design workshops
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert specifications into secured orders
- Track upcoming projects and ensure DPI products are included in BOQs and tender documents
- Provide technical support during the design and pre-tender stages
- Maintain an updated database of architects, consultants, and ongoing projects
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- End to end sales from lead generation to closure.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to drive targets independently.
- Proven sales track record, especially in large or complex projects.
- Deep familiarity with the Region market dynamics, including key players and project ecosystems.
- Commercially astute and capable of handling high-value transactions.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Civil, Architecture, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Experience in building materials, architectural products, or related industries is highly desirable.
