Purpose/Objective

To oversee Planning, Monitoring & Control for all roads projects. Integration & coordination between site and HO and amongst various stake holders (internal and external) in order to achieve completion of projects within scheduled timeframe and fulfilment of the project objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- To head the PMCG function for the road business. - To oversee, manage & control planning of projects including overseeing site level construction & resource planning at micro level is required to ensure all projects are executed before schedule. - To ensure seamless coordination between site and HO which would ensure project progress in a timely manner and efficient cost control management.



- To ensure impeccable contract administration and control both with the client as well as sub contractors and there by maximizing claims/advantages in the contract with client and minimizing cost in the contracts with subcontractors. - To put into place from MIS system for timely dissemination of information for internal and external stake holders. - To maintain tight control on project budget and endeavor for cost optimization at all times and at all levels. - To put into place a strong set up, SOPs/ systems, to ensure the above by maximizing the use of digital technology and reducing the need for human intervention.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech Experiences: BE / B. Tech - Minimum 15 yrs of experience in infrastructure industry
