Roles Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally is required (Zoho Books and QuickBooks knowledge is a plus).
- Manage GST, TDS, and other taxation-related tasks.
- Prepare financial statements and oversee account finalization.
- Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) for financial reporting.
- Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and compliance filings.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, fund management, and financial planning.
- Prepare MIS reports for financial projections and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely tax filings and assist with audits and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of US/UK accounting and taxation policies would be an advantage.

Skills Required

- Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com),



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT services or technology company.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
