Role Summary

The Account Executive will support finance operations related to capital expenditure (Capex), invoice validation, cost control, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and effective financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate invoices, particularly non-standard cost invoices.
- Manage Credit Notes (CN) and ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Handle payment holds/locks and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
- Support Capex governance activities and track closure of MOM (Minutes of Meeting) action items.
- Prepare and share periodic reports with corporate finance teams.




- Drive cost control initiatives and support Capex optimization measures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with financial processes and policies.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance processes.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Important Note

This is a contractual position for 6 months and the selected candidate will be employed on the payroll of Quess Corp while working for the Circle Finance Capex team at Indus Towers, Ahmedabad.
