Position: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the dealer and customer network, leading the regional sales team, and achieving revenue targets across the textile product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and build robust relationships with dealers, distributors, exporters, institutions, and key customers.
- Ensure consistent order generation, order booking, and timely coordination with manufacturing plants for dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, invoicing, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits, negotiate key business deals, and strengthen long-term business relationships.




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present business performance updates to management.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in Textiles, Fabrics, Yarn, Home Textiles, or a related industry.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and key account handling.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
