Job Description Accounts & Finance
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities.
- Handle treasury operations, cash flow, banking transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR), capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Handle GST and Income Tax scrutiny, assessments, notices, and departmental correspondence.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, account reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
