Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Sophos Firewall environments.
- Manage Cisco Meraki switches, access points, and security appliances.
- Troubleshoot VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and HA environments.
- Perform firewall upgrades, patching, audits, backups, and configuration reviews.
- Conduct RCA and manage major incidents.
- Design and implement network and security solutions including Sophos, Meraki, SD-WAN, VPNs, and Hybrid Cloud connectivity.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and runbooks.
