You are responsible for:

- Plan, develop, organize and manage end to end activities of the department.
- Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
- Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
- Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices.
- proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse.
- Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities.
- Provide on-the- job training to warehouse staff.
- Manage warehouse accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly warehouse reconciliation, analysis and related reports.
- Monitor and track warehouse and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities.
- Capable of handling facility and manpower alone.




- Report making CUP/CPK/CPS, Speed/Cost/Reliability.

Qualification:

- B-tech or MBA (preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)
- 6 years of experience in Courier/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience in utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive actionable recommendations.
- Commitment to upholding company values and contributing positively to the organizational culture.
